I know it's hard to believe, but the mighty Mr. Belvedere is only human. After an eye surgery leaves him feeling depressed only Wesley can cheer him up with some Halloween spirit! The unbearable little shit talks Belvedere into taking him and Miles trick or treating. It's then that Mr. Belvedere gets his groove back and raises hell all over Pittsburgh. Meanwhile George joins a cult!
